Yes. Luma Beauty Studio operates by appointment only so we can give every client unhurried, one-on-one time. We recommend booking at least a week ahead, and earlier for weekend slots or beauty packages.
Your first visit begins with a short consultation so we can understand your skin, your goals and any sensitivities before we start. Please arrive with a clean face and without contact lenses if you are booked in for a lash or brow service.
Yes. A patch test is required at least 24 hours before your first lash lift, tint or extension appointment. We will arrange this during your booking confirmation.
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to change or cancel an appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows may incur a fee, which helps us keep availability fair for all our clients.
