Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 11 August 2026

These terms apply to website design, hosting, maintenance and related services supplied by Web & Cloud Solutions. A written quote, order confirmation or service description may include additional terms for a specific project.

Scope and acceptance

The agreed package, deliverables, timetable and price are those shown in the accepted quote or order confirmation. By ordering a service, you confirm that the information and materials you provide may be used to complete that service.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate content, feedback, approvals and lawful rights to all names, text, logos, images and other materials supplied to us. Delays in providing these items may affect delivery dates.

Drafts and revisions

Website work is supplied through a draft and review process. The included scope and revisions depend on the selected package. Requests outside that scope may require a separate quote. A site is published only after approval or another agreed instruction.

Domains and third-party services

Domain registration, premium software, email services and other third-party charges are not included unless expressly stated. Availability and renewal prices are controlled by the relevant provider. We are not responsible for outages or changes caused by third-party platforms outside our reasonable control.

Hosting and maintenance

Hosting and maintenance services are subject to fair use and the limits stated in the selected package. Scheduled maintenance, security work or provider incidents may occasionally affect availability. We will use reasonable care to restore services we manage.

Payment

Prices are in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment timing, subscriptions and any renewal terms will be shown before checkout or in the accepted quote. Live online payments will not be accepted until production checkout is enabled.

Intellectual property

You retain rights in material you provide. Once all agreed fees are paid, you may use the final approved website for your business. We retain rights in our pre-existing tools, reusable components, methods and know-how. Third-party materials remain subject to their own licences.

Acceptable use

Services must not be used for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing or security-threatening activity. We may suspend affected services where reasonably necessary to protect customers, systems or legal compliance.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Where liability can legally be limited, it is limited to the extent permitted by law.
